Asakusa Beer Kobo Overview Asakusa Beer Kobo is part of a Beer Kobo chain of craft beer brewpubs that started in 2009. The Asakusa Beer Kobo was originally a British brewpub under the name Campion Ale before being purchased by the Beer Kobo group. They continue to brew some of the original Campion Ale brews while adding the Beer Kobo brews to the mix as well. You can also still get some of the original British pub food that was popular as Campion Ale as well as a few other new treats to wet your whistle.
